So our leaders proposed doing earthquake drills in order to prep us for any sudden events, they have prepared instructions on what, where, and why we do these drills.
It prevents chaos and any injuries during an earthquake rather than just people panicking running around and bumping and accidentally hurting one another. Here we have the ' Duck, Cover, and Hold'. We have been doing this in every earthquake drill they had us do. It will help raise our survival rate by a lot when an earthquake strikes, doing so during all these years we hone our reaction time and reflexes, as well as our knowledge on what to do and where to go in situationsNoboru IKENISHI, Team Leader of Earthquake Impact Reduction Study for Metropolitan Manila, Republic of the Philippines (MMREIS, 2004) and his team have analyzed earthquake damage carried out based on the scenario earthquake as well as recommendations for earthquake disaster mitigation for short, middle, and long term perspectives were prepared by the team as a master plan of their study and report.
With their plan we could lessen the many casualties we may encounter in the nearby future. By participating in these you may not just be saving your life but also saving the lives of others, less injured or trapped people means less people to go and rescue and endanger themselves for others.
